About Christine Farrell: Christine Farrell MSN, FNP-C is a renowned specialist in the area of hormonal imbalances in men and women and has been in practice in the area for over 20 years. She is an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles and is also an alumnus of the University.

She belongs to the North American Menopause Society, the International Menopause Society, the International Hormone Society, the International Society of Gynecological Endocrinology, the European Menopause and Andropause Society, and is certified in Vitapel hormone implant therapy.

Christine incorporates both traditional as well as alternative therapies into her practice and believes in treating the whole person. Her regimens specifically address each individual patient’s hormonal, nutritional, physical and emotional well-being.

Educating men and women on the importance and safety of natural hormone therapy is her passion and she is the author of many published articles on the topic and a lecturer in the area as well.

Her practice, Bio-Identical Wellness in Westlake Village, is a unique and much needed service for both men and women of all ages.

Jane Hammond

Jane Hammond, PA-C received her Physician Assistant degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine.  Jane is a member of the North American Menopause Society and trained in hormone pellet therapy.

She specializes in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and has over 20 years of experience in internal and integrative medicine, developing a strong understanding of the foundations of Functional Medicine.

Raising her four children and working as a professional has given her a firsthand understanding of women’s issues, especially the stresses of everyday life.

Her practice focuses on keeping women vibrant and healthy throughout their lifespan, particularly the years surrounding menopause. Her knowledge, empathy and understanding, along with her light-hearted approach to life, benefits women and ultimately, the entire family.

Neeyaz Zolfaghari

Neeyaz’s health journey began over a decade ago, when she was diagnosed with Grave’s Disease, Hyperthyroidism and Thyroid Eye Disease. She looked to nutrition and stress management as the roots of her healing. Her journey is what broadened her passion in exploring holistic healing practices and finding ways to marry Western and Eastern medicine. “The connectedness between the two is where transformation happens.” Neeyaz will help you to identify the underlying root causes of your health issues and concerns. She believes that no two people are alike and works with each person to create a customized plan that is tailored to their lifestyle and will bring about the change needed to improve their entire being. Neeyaz believes in nurturing and nourishing our bodies with positive affirmations and thoughts, nutrient dense foods and advantageous routines in order to build a balanced life and obtain optimal health.
